Our Voicemail-to-email feature is unique and expands on how you can use your Simvacy number whilst protecting your privacy and personal number.
Simvacy numbers are designed to work only on your messaging apps (or In-App as we call it), and for privacy and security reasons, incoming calls outside of these apps will not work. However, the voicemail-to-email feature means anyone who attempts to call you without using WhatsApp, Signal etc, will be able to leave you a voice recording which is then sent to your email address registered to your account.
From there, you can choose how (or if) you want to respond, and in your own way. This gives you more control and keeps your Simvacy number active for those calls made outside of your preferred messaging apps.
